Profession

Three-quarters of the legal profession admit to feeling run down and exhausted because of work — the highest of any occupation surveyed, according to research conducted by Benenden Healthcare. At the other end of the scale, just over 50% retail workers said they suffer from exhaustion. However only 10% legal professionals became ill due to work—joint lowest with marketing communications professionals.

Overall, nearly two-thirds (65%) of people are run down by their work and nearly a quarter (24%) have been ill as a result of work.
