Prolegal law firm has teamed up with lifestyle management provider, buy:time, to launch a “legal concierge” service

It will cover a range of tasks—from checking employment contracts to more complex commercial issues—to City workers too busy to organise their legal affairs. Clients will be offered a range of pricing options, including a flexible hourly rate and a retainer rate. Jonathan West, head of family at Prolegal, said: “With the legal market changing in response to Legal Services Act reforms, being responsive to the needs of your end user and offering services in a way the client wants to receive them is becoming increasingly important.”
