Lee joins the firm having been director of marketing and business development at DAC Beachcroft and Blake Lapthorn, where he was a board member.  He worked on the merger between Beachcroft and Davies Arnold Cooper and set up legacy Beachcroft's sector and client development approach.  Before moving into the law Lee worked at Ernst & Young.

Louise has joined the firm from recruitment and training business, Avanta Enterprise Ltd where she was human resources director.  Louise was the leader of the company's engagement strategy. Prior to that, she spent five years at Meridian Business Support Plc as group HR director.

Mark was previously executive director of UCG, the holding company for a group of international companies providing advisory services to assist e-commerce businesses to successfully expand their business on a global scale.  Mark joined UCG from top ten national accountants Baker Tilly, where he was an equity partner. Mark held senior management positions at Baker Tilly.
