Blockchain & digital assets lawyer joins London firm

London law firm Lawrence Stephens has announced the appointment of director Matt Green as the firm’s head of technology disputes and head of blockchain and digital assets.

Matt has experience in crypto asset recoveries, complex litigation involving blockchain technology and intellectual property. He worked on AA v Persons Unknown [2019] EWHC 3556 (Comm), which confirmed that crypto assets are property at common law, and since then he has led on high-profile cases involving blockchain.
