Amendment No 17 to the Consolidated Criminal Practice Direction (Arraignment in Two Stage Trials) [2007] All ER (D) 16 (Dec)

This amends Pt IV.34 of the Consolidated Criminal Practice Direction to provide for the signing of the indictment in respect of which an application is to be made under the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004, s 17  for a two-stage trial and arraignment.
