Helix 3D Ltd v Dunedin Industrial Property Nominee Ltd and another [2016] EWHC 3012 (Ch), [2016] All ER (D) 27 (Dec)

The Chancery Division, in granting the claimant lessee’s application, declared that, on a true construction of the option to purchase agreement between the claimant and the defendants’ predecessor, the option notice was valid and the option had been validly exercised, and that the claimant was entitled to seek the appointment of an independent valuer to determine the purchase price payable under the agreement for the property.
