Kennedys’ virtual work experience programme has had 10,000 enrolments in just over one year

The global law firm launched its virtual programme in August 2020.

Caroline Wilson, HR director at Kennedys, said the programme ‘has levelled the playing field for all applicants for work experience and to be part of the Kennedys family’. Of the 34 trainee offers made this year, 27 of them had completed the virtual programme. The firm has also introduced an ongoing series of virtual insight events designed to increase participants’ knowledge of the firm and its recruitment process.
