Hart Brown has appointed James Lamont as its latest partner.
His particular areas of expertise include counselling on legal and commercial aspects of business ventures as well as advising on company law and commercial contracts.
“James will bring a knowledge and experience to our corporate team, and will enable us to enhance our services in this area,” says Bettina Brueggemann, managing partner.
