Singh (India) v Secretary of State for the Home Department [2017] EWCA Civ 362, [2017] All ER (D) 166 (May)

The Court of Appeal held that having regard to the presence within the decision of an immaterial error of law, did not make the decision itself one which was to any extent unlawful, nor had the presence of such an error required the appeal to be allowed solely in order that it could be corrected.
