IBA heads to Seoul

The 2019 IBA Annual Conference will take place in Seoul, South Korea on 22–27 September. There will be high-profile speakers and more than 200 sessions on topics ranging from law firm management to ethics, international relationships and the future of the legal profession. IBA president Horacio Bernardes Neto said he was also planning three IBA showcases to highlight a selection of his presidential focuses: addressing bullying, sexual harassment and other barriers to diversity in the legal profession; creating a refugee visa and the prevention of abuse and slavery; and examining open and closed legal markets.
