New corporate appointments for Blake Lapthorn

Ian Robino and Steven Bull have joined Blake Lapthorn’s corporate team. Ian, who joined as a senior associate in July, is an experienced commercial solicitor and former legal director of Vodafone UK. Steven, who has just joined the firm, is a solicitor who specialises in a range of corporate transactions including company and business acquisitions and disposals and corporate restructurings. He also regularly advises on company matters such as start-ups and shareholder agreements.
