Ex-military man to take top legal role

A London-based former commando, Grant Evatt, has been elected to join the national executive committee of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

“I am delighted to have been elected by my peers within this prestigious organisation, especially as it celebrates its 25th anniversary,” says Grant.

“APIL is a voice for injured people and I know the executive committee works very hard. I am looking forward to being a part of that.”

Grant’s military experience means he is an expert in claims which involve members of the armed services as well as other serious work-related injuries.

"I want to continue to raise awareness for injured people, especially military veterans who are injured as a result of their service," he adds.
