Graham Reid has joined Lewis Silkin as a partner in the corporate practice. Graham joins the firm from Finers Stephens Innocent, where he advised on all aspects of banking law.

His range of experience includes advising on structured finance products and investments, financing for acquisitions and restructurings of AIM-listed companies.

Also joining the firm is barrister Owen Watkins, pictured, who has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services regulation including roles at the Financial Services Authority and the Securities and Investments Board. Owen specialises in advising clients on matters related to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
