Declares York St John University to be an exempt charity within the meaning of the Charities Act 1993.
An exempt charity is not required to be registered with the Charity Commissioners and the Commissioners cannot exercise any powers under the Charities Act 1993 in relation to an exempt charity except at the charity’s request.
