Campean v Administratia Finantelor Publice a Municipiului Media C-200/14, [2016] All ER (D) 40 (Jul)
The Court of Justice of the European Union, determining preliminary issues referred by the national court of Romania, held that provisions introduced by national law for the repayment of tax unduly paid by a taxpayer, to be paid over a five year period, infringed EU principles of sincere cooperation, effectiveness and equivalence.
