New partner in Southampton for firm’s personal injury team

Enable Law, a specialist mental capacity, personal injury and medical negligence firm, has announced the addition of Darren O’Sullivan as a partner in its personal injury and medical negligence teams.

Darren joins from Novum Law, where he oversaw a dedicated team of personal injury and medical negligence lawyers. He has extensive experience in dealing with complex personal injury and medical negligence cases, particularly those involving brain injuries, amputations and spinal cord injuries.

Based on the Isle of Wight, Darren will join Enable Law in its Southampton office. Darren has advised on cases that are both intricate and high in value. His legal advice has led to interim awards of compensation that help cover crucial care and rehabilitation expenses, along with specialised support and equipment aimed at enhancing recovery and quality of life.

Darren said: ‘Enable Law has gone from strength to strength over the past few years and it is an extremely exciting time to be joining its team of professional legal advisors as a partner.’

‘We are thrilled to welcome Darren to Enable Law,’ said Alison McClure, partner at the firm. ‘His wealth of experience and collaborative approach when working with leading medical professionals will no doubt strengthen our existing teams. At Enable Law we pride ourselves on acting for the most vulnerable in our society and their families, and with Darren’s addition to the team, we reinforce our position as preeminent legal player in the field of personal injury and medical negligence.’
