The Queen’s Bench Division held that, on the proper construction of the Labour Party Rule Book, the National Executive Committee of the Labour Party had correctly concluded that Jeremy Corbyn MP had been entitled to be on the ballot paper in the forthcoming leadership ballot, without the need to obtain any level of nominations.
