CGIS City Plaza Shares 1 Ltd and another company v Britel Fund Trustees Ltd [2012] EWHC 1594 (Ch), [2012] All ER (D) 62 (Jun)

Subject to the proviso contained within s 3 of the Prescription Act 1832, the effect of that section was that an easement of light would be acquired for the benefit of apertures in a building on the dominant land if the light had been enjoyed continuously and without interruption for a period of at least 20 years.
