DWF has kicked off its Paralegal Academy with the recruitment of six new apprentices.
The six apprentices awarded a place will join a further 20 paralegals in this year’s ILEX study group. Upon joining DWF they will receive a firm-wide and team induction, training, development and support via mentors.
DWF managing partner, Andrew Leaitherland, says: “We are committed to developing the skills of all our people, and by establishing the Paralegal Academy we are offering the opportunity for young people to build a legal career without necessarily going through the traditional university route.”
