DWF has expanded its asset and consumer finance offering to include a new finance regulation team in Birmingham.

This follows a number of new appointments, including, Joanne Davis, a former head of Shoosmiths’ asset finance division. Joanne will head up the firm’s new consumer and asset based finance operation.

She is joined by a team of lawyers from Shoosmiths, that includes Daksha Mistry as legal director and Natalie Evans as an associate. Lindsey Summers, a motor finance recovery expert from law firm BPE, also joins the team. They will be working closely with the asset finance team.
