David Rayner Birkett Long LLP

Property lawyer David Rayner has joined the commercial property team as a partner at Birkett Long LLP.

David joins from Blake Lapthorn where he led the Southampton real estate team for eight years.  With expertise in commercial development, landlord and tenant work, investment matters and secured lending, David also specialises in environmental matters. 

David Wisbey, chairman says: “David brings experience in a wide range of commercial property matters to Birkett Long and will strengthen the services we’re able to provide to our property clients.”
