Dispute resolution specialists will be gathering on 6 December for CIArb’s ever-popular Dispute Appointment Service (DAS) Convention 2018, now in its sixth year. The one-day event, at Norton Rose Fulbright’s London office, will involve high level discussions between members of the judiciary and a panel of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) specialists on selected topics in arbitration, mediation and construction adjudication. This year’s theme is ‘ADR-processes and ethics’. Lord Justice Coulson will give the keynote address.
