Firm enhances real estate team with new partner appointment

Cripps has announced the appointment of Paul Alger as a partner in its real estate team.

Paul, who will be based in Cripps’ London office, has extensive experience in all types of real estate transactions, including investment, development, finance, and landlord and tenant matters. He specialises in investment matters, dealing with acquisitions, disposals and asset management.

Paul joins Cripps from Shoosmiths, where he acted for a diverse range of clients across the real estate sector, including investors, developers and occupiers. He is known for his expertise in acting on high-value, high profile investment transactions.

Commenting on his appointment, Paul said: ‘I am excited to be joining Cripps' highly regarded real estate team. The firm's strong reputation and collaborative culture perfectly align with my own values and professional aspirations. I look forward to sharing my experience and working alongside the team to continue to deliver an exceptional service to our clients.’
