The Charity Commission has set out an extensive array of guidance on COVID-19 for the charity sector

It includes information on government financial support, and advice on managing financial difficulties, using reserves and restricted funds, and dealing with insolvency.

It offers guidance on how to proceed where AGMs and other important meetings have to be cancelled, as well as advice on keeping trustees and other members safe. It provides a useful checklist on mergers and collaborative working, which many charities may be considering as they respond to the pressures of the pandemic.
