Deadline passes for nomination submission

More than 93% of law firms and sole practitioners met or were in the final stages of meeting last month’s deadline for submission of nominations for compliance officers for legal practice (Colps) and Compliance Officers for Finance and Administration (Cofas). The Solicitors Regulation Authority will chase up the remaining firms this month. The Colps and Cofas will take up their roles on 1 January 2013.
