Chartered legal executive joins Property Plus department

Spratt Endicott has announced the appointment of Claire Barwick, a chartered legal executive, to its Property Plus team. The department specialises in high-end and complex property transactions.

Claire has over 10 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, recently dealing with high-end property transactions with complex title issues, such as sales/purchases of freehold and leasehold property, assents, sales/purchases of parts of large titles, deeds of easements, flying freeholds, adverse possession and issues relating to defective titles.

Claire will work with the head of the Property Plus team, partner Chris Goldinghamto further expand on the team’s success and continue to develop the close working relationships forged with property professionals in the local area.
