Update 105 Electronically alive The electronic working pilot scheme under PD 51O - this update is exclusively devoted to it- and which has been operating since 16 November 2015 and was extended to the QBD on 1 January 2019 (see ‘Civil way’, 168 NLJ 7811, p15), has been further extended from 25 February 2019 to the out of London Business and Property Court centres in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool and Newcastle. From 30 April 2019, professional users will be required to issue all new proceedings by electronic filing through CE-File.
