The Chancery Guide has been updated and provides important information about the new Business and Property Courts, which came into being in July and opened for business this week. The comprehensive guide provides practical information and should be used in conjunction with the Civil Procedure Rules. The Business and Property Courts act as an umbrella for the specialist business jurisdictions of Chancery, Commercial and Technology and Construction Court. They are based in the Rolls Building, London, as well as Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds and Manchester.
