Promotions in Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Guernsey & Jersey offices
Carey Olsen has welcomed Michelle Falcucci (corporate, Bermuda), Richard Sykes (property, Cayman Islands), Tim Bamford (litigation, Guernsey), Rachel De La Haye (corporate, Guernsey), Andrew Tually (corporate, Guernsey) and Nienke Malan (corporate, Jersey) to the partnership, with effect from 1 July 2024.

Michelle joined Carey Olsen in 2019. She advises on all aspects of Bermuda corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on insurance regulatory and transactional matters.
Richard joined the firm in 2021, having previously led the real estate and development in-house legal team of a real estate and hotel developer in the Cayman Islands. He advises on Cayman real estate, development and all aspects of local leasing and licensing, with a focus on complex real estate transactions and structuring.
Tim has been with Carey Olsen since 2002 and qualified as a Guernsey advocate in 2017. Tim appears regularly in the Guernsey courts at all levels and has extensive experience advising on all aspects of corporate and commercial litigation with a particular focus on complex international commercial disputes, banking and finance disputes, corporate restructuring and insolvency, regulatory actions and intellectual property matters.
