It will sit in the committee rooms of Ty Hywel (part of the National Assembly for Wales), Pierhead Street, Cardiff. It will hear three cases: a planning appeal for a community wind turbine; a negligence claim brought by a company against a bank, concerning the issue of whether an individual’s dishonest state of mind can be attributed to a company; and a solicitors’ negligence case that raises admission of evidence queries. Public access is from 9.30am.
