BSB highlights The Bar Standards Board (BSB) has published its annual report for 2017–18 highlighting its key achievements throughout the last business year. Among the activities cited are the decision to change the standard of proof applied in professional misconduct proceedings and the implementation of a new approach for barristers involved in the Youth Courts. It has also underscored its new guidance on immigration and asylum issues, and its continuation of the Future Bar Training programme. The full report can be found here.
