As the UK enters the two-year countdown to Brexit, government lawyers and civil servants will be wading through a massive amount of legislation. According to Thomson Reuters, a total of 52,741 EU laws have been introduced in the UK since 1990. Areas of law most influenced by the EU include trade, agriculture, financial services and the environment.
