Children’s charity Coram has called for action to secure children’s rights as Britain leaves the EU. It wants the government to guarantee children’s rights as part of the Great Repeal Bill, ensure all agreements and protocols support children’s safety and security are maintained, and launch a task force to frame provisions on children’s rights as part of the new British Bill of Rights. Coram has produced a briefing paper, Brexit: Children’s Rights at Risk or Future Opportunity in The Global Era?.
