Bates Wells Braithwaite strengthens its equity capital markets practice

Murdoch Currie has joined 38-partner Bates Wells Braithwaite (BWB) as a corporate and commercial partner. He was previously a partner in Berwin Leighton Paisner’s corporate practice group.

Murdoch's arrival brings BWB’s corporate and commercial partner headcount to six. He has worked for more than 25 years as a corporate lawyer, and will advise on corporate transactions, M&A and equity capital markets.
