Avonwick Holdings Ltd and another v Shlosberg [2016] EWCA Civ 1138, [2016] All ER (D) 141 (Nov)
The Court of Appeal dismissed an appeal and upheld the ruling that the claimant’s trustees in the bankruptcy had acquired the benefit of his legal professional privilege with respect to one of three categories of documents held by the second defendant solicitors.
