Criminal practitioners can now buy the latest revised version of Archbold: Criminal Pleading, Evidence and Practice. The 2019 edition, available in print and as an e-book, has new sections, including on the sentencing of children and young persons; revised chapters; updates, for example, on the Data Protection Act and Criminal Finance Act; and caselaw from the past year. Judge Mark Lucraft QC, the Chief Coroner of England and Wales, and editor of Archbold, said: ‘Archbold returns, updated, improved and with a new judicial board.’
