Chartered Institute of Arbitrators provide results of five-continent study

The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators unveiled the results of a major five-continent survey into the costs of international arbitration at its conference in London last week. The research found that the UK was the most commonly chosen arbitral seat for survey respondents, claimant costs were on average nearly 10% higher in the rest of Europe compared with the UK.
