Residential conveyancing specialist joins property department

Mackrell Turner Garrett have hired a new property solicitor specialising in residential conveyancing.

Anisa Patel has joined the property department at the firm’s London office, moving from MTA Corporate Solicitors LLP where she worked in a consultant solicitor’s role.

Anisa works with clients who include high net worth individuals, property developers, everyday house buyers and business entities. 

Anisa has recently procured referral work agreements with two major London estate agents and is continuing her business development via a leads generation website dedicated to the property market.
