Solicitors are being asked to write to their MP about the practise rights of lawyers post-Brexit. The Law Society has urged its members to contact their MPs in writing to ask that the government negotiate and secure the continued rights of lawyers to practise, establish law firms, and have rights of audience in EU member states. It asks solicitors to point out that failure to secure market access for the legal services sector could jeopardise the legal sector’s positive contribution to the UK economy.
