We are a long established boutique set of Family, Civil & Employment specialist practitioners based in Southampton covering the whole of the Western Circuit. Care & Children: Our well respected team has extensive experience in representing all parties in relation to matters dealing with the best interest of childrenWe regularly appear in the Family Courts, High Court and Appellate Courts. Our Care team often deals with cases concerning serious allegations of abuse ,non accidental injury, sexual misconduct, emotional abuse, multiple fractures & fictitious illness. Our Children team deal with the complete spectrum of matter arising from and surrounding Children Act  proceedings

Finance: Our members have vast experience, expertise and knowledge in all aspects of matrimonial finance. The team regularly advises in high net worth cases, often involving multi-million pound claims and pension sharing. We have expertise in dealing with cases involving partnerships, companies, complex business structures, inherited wealth farms, offshore assets, trusts and cross jurisdictional issues.

Employment & Discrimination:

Chambers has a well-established employment practice. We regularly represent clients in cases of all complexity, from high value restrictive covenant claims and directors’ duties to unfair dismissal and minimum wage disputes. Members of Chambers represent both employers and employees; directors, local authorities, public bodies and trade unions; frequently appearing in the Employment Tribunals, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal.

Chancery & Commercial:

Members of the practice group cover a broad and diverse range of disputes. We are highly experienced, able to assist with both non contentious and contentious issues and able confidently to advise at all stages, from initial tactics through to drafting and representation at mediation or trial. They appear in all courts and tribunals from the local county courts and district registries through to the Chancery and Queen’s Bench Divisions and on appeal.
